My focus has shifted from new female leadership coaching to sex and intimacy coaching for female leaders, artists, coaches, and therapists over 40.
Through my experience and research in the last few years, I’ve increasingly seen how a woman’s authentic voice and natural flow are deeply connected to her sexual core and her relationship with sexual energy and sensuality. That’s where her truth lies, where her purity resides, where her true power and voice emerge.
This happens in a world where female sexuality has been suppressed, misused, or exploited for centuries, and where many spaces are unsafe for women. Consequently, many women have disconnected from their sexual organs as a form of self-protection.
Yet, despite or perhaps because of the global challenges, we are witnessing a new sexual revolution, ignited by women.
More and more women are reclaiming their sexuality and setting a new tone, first for themselves and each other, and then to serve their contributions to the world.
By rediscovering self-worth and inner safety, they feel supported to amplify their voices on both micro and macro levels. In today’s world, this requires immense strength.
The stories of #SystemicSexism I encounter are consistently painful. Another woman, once robbed of her power.
This isn’t solely due to negative experiences with men or societal discrimination, but also inherited from previous generations of mothers who, out of protection and fear, passed on their anxieties to their daughters. Sexist narratives in films, song lyrics, misinformation from the medical world or religious institutions, and news reports of women’s vulnerability all contribute.
Every news report of sexual assault tightens the pelvis of every woman. Every public threat against a woman makes others reconsider speaking out or being visible.
That’s why I’m proud to support women in deepening their connection with their bodies, exploring their desires, and using pleasure as their compass. Helping them release guilt and layers of learned shame, and transforming old pain into connection and vitality. Witnessing the newfound freedom, connection, and self-worth. Seeing eyes soften and sparkle. Observing a new, deeply rooted embodied self-confidence blossom.
Witnessing how love relationships deepen and become more fulfilling. Observing a heightened awareness of her position and role in society, and how she can contribute to a healthier balance, driven by joy and deep inner knowing.
We are just at the beginning of this new sexual revolution, and I anticipate learning much more. Every woman who takes this step inspires those around her. I find this an incredibly beautiful form of activism!
