Be all of you
Martine Nauta
Who am I
I have been working and studying in the field of therapy, trauma processing, systemic work, personal development and coaching for over 20 years. A second career after my master’s degree in Theatre and Film Studies, I am also a dramaturge and I have a great love for the arts and the stories that are expressed in them.
And part from that, just like you, I am so. much. more.
How my journey started..
About 10 years ago I received a wake up call. I had lost connection with myself — with my deepest desires, my pleasure, what truly turned me on in life.
From the outside everything looked fine. But inside I felt like a fraud. I had adapted too much to my environment and drifted too far from my own truth.
It became a time of rediscovering. Of sinking deeper into my body and the essence of my femininity. Of embracing my own story — and the collective story of women throughout history.
It was back then that my body started to speak to me again. It was back than that I truly started listening to all voices living inside of me.
My journey
This required something new from me.
I opened myself to vulnerability. A new kind of vulnerability. I started listening to the deeper desires of my body. I slowed down — and let the teachings of inspiring women in this field reach me.
I showed myself in nakedness. In who I truly was underneath all the constructed layers of my being.
Being surrounded by women who witness you, hold space for you, comfort you and guide you back to your own inner compass — that is the most powerful thing I have ever experienced.
A journey back to true belonging in this world.
My deepest desire could authentically grow from there. It is to do everything from a place of love and passion. For life, for myself, for humanity. Choosing love over fear. Living from the place where the feminine and masculine feel completely in balance.

What my own journey brought me
Travelling the world and meeting people from radically different cultures and communities changed something fundamental in me — not just what I knew, but how I related.
I discovered other ways of understanding the body, the feminine, belonging, healing. Ways that Western culture had long forgotten or never known. And slowly, through immersion and genuine encounter, I stopped being a student passing through — and became someone who was received.
That shift taught me something I now consider essential to this work:
We do not transform in isolation. We transform in relationship — with our own body, with other people, with the wisdom that lives in circle and community.
What I found — and what I had been longing for without knowing it — was the experience of contributing and belonging at the same time. Of being both guide and member of a tribe. Of giving from fullness rather than from need.
This is what I want for you too.
Not just healing. Not just insight. But the experience of coming home to yourself within a community of women who see you, hold you, and celebrate who you are becoming.
Connection. Aliveness. Creativity. Inspiration.
These are not just words. They are what becomes possible when you stop performing and start living from your core.
Humanhood
One of the most powerful things I have witnessed — in my own journey and in the women and men I work with — is what becomes possible when we stop comparing and start truly meeting each other.
When we lay down the masks. When we replace jealousy with curiosity, competition with witnessing, isolation with genuine belonging.
This is not soft or secondary to the work. This is the work.
We need each other to find ourselves. We need to be seen by real human eyes to remember who we are. And when that happens — when a circle of people truly holds each other — transformation accelerates in ways that are simply not possible alone.
You don’t have to do this alone. You never did.
Welcome to Humanhood.
Is this your moment?
If something on this page has touched you — if you recognise yourself in these words, even just a little — then I want you to know: that recognition is not an accident.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to know exactly what you need. You just have to feel that something in you is ready to move.
I would love to meet you. To hear your story. To sit with you in that space where something new becomes possible.
That is what the discovery call is for — not to sell you anything, but simply to welcome you. To see you. And to explore together whether this is the right next step for you.
You are already closer to home than you think.
