A year-long journey back to the fullness of who you are

You long to feel truly at home in yourself. Not just comfortable — home. In your body. In your values. In the full depth of who you are as a woman.
Perhaps your soul has been knocking on the doors of your heart for a while now. Perhaps you feel the weight of patterns that no longer belong to you — in your lineage, your relationships, your nervous system. Perhaps you have a voice inside you that is ready to come out, and a life that is ready to expand.

These 90 min sessions take place via Zoom (or live when you live in the neighbourhood), and are followed by home assignments, accountability follow ups and encouraging WhatsApp messages.
